The Sistersville Area Ministerial Association (SAMA) is a cooperative ministry of local churches serving the Sistersville and Friendly communities of Tyler County. Through the partnership of area congregations, SAMA provides emergency assistance to individuals and families in need, including food pantry services, utility and prescription assistance, transportation and lodging assistance, community meals, and other basic necessities. Assistance is provided regardless of church affiliation, with the mission of demonstrating Christ’s love by meeting practical needs and supporting the community.
